  Absolutely had enough of this surgery! Between the general lack of knowledge of the staff, the difficulty in getting through and then getting an appointment when you finally do, it has been9 months of uetterly ridiculous run around. They don't care, the staff are dismissive and unhelpful. One doctor actually had a moan at me because he didn't feel well, another didn't understand the conditions I have and barely speaks enough English to get by, the reception staff are doing their best in a bad situation.

  My doctors have been so helpful and supportive. I've known the surgery for a couple of decades since they were in Cornwall gardens, I won't go to any other surgery. They care from reception to seeing the gp and they follow your treatment.

  Exhausting. I've had enough. Took me too long to sign up with this practice to begin with because of the complete lack of organisation. I really don't believe they care at all there, unless you've been there for at least a decade. My boyfriend waited outside the practice for them to open in the morning so he could get an appointment because he couldn't get through to them on the phone. The call would literally just end because lines were busy, yet people were lining up outside for appointments. I can't get a simple prescription for birth control over the phone yet they were happy to do that for me with my last prescription. Oh, and if you're only able to get down there on your lunch break, forget it because that's when they CLOSE for their lunch breaks.
