- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife had a nasty accident with a knife whilst preparing food and had a bad cut on her hand. Her reception and treatment at A & E could not have been better. The nurse who treated her was most efficient and made us laugh despite the pain my wife was in. The A & E was packed with people, many of whom were complaining loudly and even in one case leaving because they had not been seen as quickly as they would have liked - clearly neither an accident nor an emergency! How the A & E staff cope with the constant flow of idiots and time wasters I do not know , and whatever they are getting paid it isn't enough. Many thanks to you all.by Michael O'HaraApril 02, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Slow, and rude. nurse with attitude and very,very dirty. Cotton wool with blood on the floor, empty drinks cups, plastic wrappers and tissues in A and E cubicle. My Mum at 87 was left without seeing a Dr for nearly 7 hours. Took no notice of me saying she's slurring and can't move. She had massive stroke next day. However Paramedics were great as was Dr Baht. . A formal complaint is on the way 're A and E treatment and staff.by Debbie TomlinsonFebruary 04, 2017
